Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, returns of food products are generally excluded.

If a product arrives damaged, incorrectly delivered, or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods at kontakt@tinkuna.ch and include clear photos of the product and its packaging.

In justified cases, we will either refund the purchase price or provide a replacement product. Shipping costs are only refunded in the event of a faulty or incorrect delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair and satisfactory solution.
